Today was day 4 and the work out was focusing on the core. My core needs a lot of work after having two kids within three years. But I was able to complete the workout with much struggle. I am grateful for the modifiers to help me when I am unable to complete a exercise. I can't wait to see how much stronger I am in 30 days compared to where I am now.
