I Am Back From Visiting Family

Thursday, June 12, 2014

We just got back from visiting our families in West Virginia. I had so much fun being with them. I got to spend time with everyone. I loved it so much. I took all the food I had cooked and frozen. Everyone enjoyed everything so much. I went ahead and ate what they ate. Even though they live in the country, there was no place to do any serious walking. I stayed on my feet as much as I could. I jumped in with more cooking, cleaning, and walking our dog. Hubbie and I visited family graves in four different graveyards. It was very tiring. I did get in a lot of walking in, that day. We picked up my niece (my sister's granddaughter) to bring her home with us. She is 13 and full of life. We talked all the way back to South Carolina. Hubbie couldn't get a word in edgewise. LOL I am pretty tired. I have unpacked and am doing laundry and more cooking. I still have to get my niece unpacked and situated. I figure my weight has gone back up again. I am hoping to get rested and start walking again.
