T25 Day 3

Oh My Goodness... day 3 was a little brutal. I had to do a lot of the modifier exercises mainly because I can't hold a full plank. The competitive side of me wants a do over for this workout as I clearly think it won the battle on today. I think because it was so hard that I did not give it my best shot. So since I feel that way I will be going to the gym this afternoon for a workout. I really want to do that workout over again... so I may be doing it again on tomorrow morning before moving on to the next day. I don't like feeling like I didn't give it my best shot out of fear of it being too hard.

I know getting healthy is hard work. I know that I have to push myself to get thru these tough workouts. I have seen others get amazing results from these workouts so I know I can too.
