We spent a week in Ireland a couple of weeks ago. It was a lot of fun, but it was Coach tour, so we basically spent the entire week eating, drinking, and sitting around. I put on 5 pounds and pretty much lost all semblance of self control, so that's kind of a bummer. Just something to work at I guess.
I started a C25K program. Well, okay, I did one day of a C25K program and then switched to the 10k program on the off chance that I ever want to be able to run a 10k I won't have to completely start the program over. I can run 60 whole seconds, woot. Not really sure what the long term viability of this plan is since so far I've been waking up early to do it, and I know that's not going to last, but for now it's fun.
I turn 24 tomorrow. Not really feeling it this year tbh.
