I am back after re-gaining 14 lbs and climbing. Today I had some disappointing news. I noticed a spike in my sugar intake. Surprise, surprise! Anyway, it affirms that emotional eating is still very much a part of my life. Recognizing and acknowledging this is the first step in changing it. What can I do the next time I am stressed other than gulp down sugar? I will think about it.
