Found on pinterest. I'm on wk3. I do this 4x/week. Haven't lost 10 lol...but it's a darn good sweaty workout!

It might not be the hardest workout out there, but for me it's a killer.
Just wanted to share :)

  We all have to start somewhere. It sounds like this is a good workout for you. That's what matters the most. Actually, this looks like a pretty good workout. Keep up the good attitude.
