Okay, I mentioned Monday that my pants (heck, all of my clothes really) are mad at me... so I have a renewed vigor to make things right! My goal at the beginning of the year was to make it back to 140 by the end of 2014... well, the scale has gone up and not down since then... but I should still be able to make it (or darned close) if I just apply myself.
So, we all know that we need mini-goals (just saying "I'm going to lose 25 pounds" is not really going to cut it at this point)...
So, we have 3 weeks until the 4th of July... I will be UNDER 160 by then.
* 155 by the end of August
* under 150 by October 13
* 145 by Thanksgiving
If I made these, I will be content. This will bring me 20 pounds from where I was on Monday (I am determined NOT to weigh every day anymore) and within the healthy weight range. While I'd prefer to be just under 140, healthy is my goal this year.
I am going to meet these goals by eating 6-8 Freggies per day and drinking 10+ glasses of water. These will be my #1 focus (at least for the rest of June). I need to get back into the habit of exercising... this week I will get in 2 workouts (since it's already Wednesday).... and go for at least a mini walk each day that it is not torrentially raining (on a break or lunch).
Okay... that's a lot of goals and plenty for today! It is SO good to be back on here and reading everyone's updates!!
