I got to donate blood yesterday at the Red Cross donation bus :) My blood pressure was good so they were able to take my blood. With my blood type being rare (B-) they said it's always a good thing when someone with a rare blood type comes in to donate because there is a short supply.
It's freezing cold this morning when I went for my walk. I'm finishing up my sparking for the day and then I'll be doing some exercises, weighing in, drinking my green tea, eating breakfast (cottage cheese with sliced strawberries), and then going to visit my uncle at the rehab facility. He had another set back so he won't be coming home this week either. He's become shaky, tired, weak, not much stamina or energy, became sweaty and short of breath during physical therapy on Monday, and his blood pressure has gone up. They're monitoring him and running more blood tests on him to see what's going on and to figure out if something else might be wrong with him.
