Just a very brief update since all of you were so right.
Like I said in my last blog, I wasn't shocked or even panicked when I saw 189.2 on Monday morning because I knew it wasn't REAL weight gain. Tuesday morning I saw 186.6, 2.6 pounds down, and this morning I saw 183.6, another 3 pounds down. 5.6 pounds in two days. I did 40 minutes of cardio Monday evening, and weight trained yesterday. I also ate my normal menu.
And so losing 5.6 REAL pounds just isn't what happened. I'm finally flushing all the sodium and extra water my body was retaining, and getting back to normal. I would love to be back in the 170s by July, so we shall see if that happens.
