Good morning everyone,
This morning Im starting some new goals. Like my initial goal of losing all my weight,, it took small steps. Each one of us face mountains everyday to overcome. If you ever seen those guys on television who scale the mightiest mountains, they have check points, and look at the small step in front of them. After a period of time (and its not over night) the mountain becomes smaller and smaller. The reason is because those small steps have taken them further and further up their goal. This morning as I start a new mountain climbing challenge, I would like to challenge you to look at your overall goal. Now break it down and shoot for that first check point in accomplishing your mountain.
