Well I've tried to be re-focused but there is so much yummy food to be had in the world. Today we had pizza buffet, and I've been craving dipped ice cream cones. What does everyone else to do stop with all the bad food cravings? I don't have any problem making food at work and following a guide but then sometimes I just go off track for no real reason. i think some of it is that i'm bored at work at night with not a lot to do so I eat as well. Any suggestions,tips, guides would be awesome!
