fruits and veggies day one...help and Patrick too?

I did good most of the day but did eat pancakes tonight which reminds me I have to change my food tracker because I didn't eat some of the food either.

It is so hard not to grab a piece of hg foldout flat bread or a piece of meat. Except for the pancakes I did good. I was going to quit but read some of your comments that said it is hard at first but easier as you go and I did promise my soul.

Dear Soul:
You had better be right about my feeling better because this sucks! Love the fruit and the veggies but I want bread and eggs. I miss my breakfast foods. I miss my fiber one snack bars, although they left me constipated. I know, fiber is supposed to make you go so why the heck am I taking laxative for two days.
I bought a new fruit to try called plumcot which is a cross between a plum and an apricot. going to have that tonight after I change my meals around.
I did more exercise today like I promised...25 min of dancing and an exercise video ( 25min.) I did walk some too but not a lot.10 min.
Well I will talk to you tomorrow unless you bother me in my sleep. And what the heck was that dream about...It said I was going to die in 2 or 3 weeks. Was that to scare me? It sure did. Well let me have a good dream tonight...How about Kenny rogers singing to me?
Or Maybe Patrick Swayze dancing to hungry eyes? Well that's it for tonight. Pam

    Fruits and veggies are great, but don't forget to drink your water too!! I know when I drink a lot that definitely helps "move things along" lol!!
I hope Patrick was in your dreams last nite!! Except then you may not want to wake up!! emoticon

  If you continue with the fruits and veggies, you shouldn't need the laxatives as you'll get plenty of healthy fiber to help you along the way. You could always add prunes to the fruits list if you like them ( I love them). Just keep trying. You'll get there. emoticon

    Oh the Swayze * swoon * had the pleasure of meeting him and getting to watch him perform every night where I used to work.

Only one slip up is still pretty solid work! I totally bottomed out today, so yes this is a very difficult thing to transition into, as your body will keep asking for what it's used to. After day 3 I found the cravings pretty much subsided so hang in there, it's a one week promise, you can make it!

Let us know how the plumcots were, never heard of them before
