New to Sparks

Hello Everyone,
I am new to Sparks and can use alot of motivation and encouragement. I love food and use to love exercise, but it kind of hurts my knees a bit and so I don't exercise as much. I am tired of being overweight and thinking about the surgery to help me. So this is my last straw to try and combat the love of all kinds of food. I don't really give up that easily i just find another solution to the problem. I really need to lose 100 pounds. I know my knees would feel so much better.

    You can do this. I could have written this exact emoticon blog about 3 years ago. I have lost over 100lbs, my knees have not had any pain in the past year, and I walk over 10,000 steps every day.
    I still have over 50lbs to lose, still have some issues with food, but I am already so much healthier and happier.
