I love golf! I'm having so much fun since we joined a country club! I'm golfing in a Ladies Niners group once per week, but it is not enough. My husband and I are playing on the weekends, but I'm always looking for other ladies to play golf during the week! I really like playing 9 holes right now because I'm pretty tired after pushing my clubs and walking the course for 2 hours, plus the 45 minute warm up before I go out. I've been using the "Lose It" app to keep track of my calories and I burn around 500 calories for walking 9 holes and range time. I just feel really "good-tired" after golfing and I enjoy my food more. I also sleep a lot better when I have been active during the day. Even after applying 30 sunscreen, I still come off the course pretty tan and I like it! I'm very motivated for my weight to drop down, but I have to say it feels great golfing and getting a tan!
