well, the scale is moving down...ever so slowly...
that is ok. at least it is going the correct direction.

i have been running and following my marathon training. i can't do the exercises listed for the full amount suggested, but i am doing them. i don't know if i am feeling stronger or not. i found it hard to run in the humidity today. but then again...i cut a full minute off my time. i didn't realize i was running as fast as i was. i didn't realize it until i got to the end and saw why i was hurting more than on sunday's run. i still ran 6 miles. feels good to be done. i hope saturday's 8 goes well.
