I am feeling so tired this afternoon. But I will persevere! I'm happy with how my exercise is improving quickly. I'm able to sustain 3.5 mph on the treadmill now. Previously my hips wouldn't tolerate going faster!

    A 3.5 mph is a good clip. Glad you can do it without your hips bothering you. If I push myself I do 3.4. I know I can do 3.5 and need to just do it! I like your three traits. They are good ones to have. emoticon
