Yesterday was a great discovery day. Yes, I did my cycling and yes, I was pretty good with my nutrition. Now this is no big thing for most people, but for dinner last night I had: fat free cottage cheese, blueberries, and mango. Me, a chow hound that has to have his meat, chicken or fish with dinner. Surviving on cottage cheese? You have to be kidding. What's really amazing is that I kind of like it and may do it again (What is this world coming to?). Guess there may be hope for me, after all. HOOAAA!!
