BLC 25 Week 6

I am starting to get settled in our new place and learn my way around. Am also starting to explore the area a bit. I haven't exercised as much as I would have liked because I am spending so much of my time unpacking and setting up.

Fit Test
in one minute:
Pushups (modified knee): start-19, wk6-26
crunches: start-18, wk6-25
3 minute step test (before/after/1min later heart rate)
start- 70/119/74, wk6- 60/132/79
1 mile run: start- 14m56s, wk6- 14m18s

    Hehehe, right there with you, I think. Except I'm so sore from moving that I didn't dare do the fitness test--my body has been pushed too far as it is. emoticon So you are doing better than I am!
