still going at it, just a little slow right now

I committed to28 days of exercise to create a healthy habit. I am still going at it just a little slow down for this week so that I can have enough time to get through finals. They are a doozy to say the least. However, I must admit that I am a little stressed, but I am still grateful!! I am grateful to have been blessed with another day to do things right and forgive myself when I need to. I am grateful that I am in my last week of the quarter and I am getting through my finals. I am grateful to feel loved by my husband.
Today it was super hot outside and it has been super hot out this way for the last few days. I have been dragging because of the heat it just makes me so tired. But I know that for my health I need to make sure that I get some type of exercise in and that my food choices are good for me.
I'm feeling pretty darn good overall:)
