Ok you keep telling me fruits and veggies. I tried it before but did not make it. I will take one week to see if you are telling me something or if it is my imagination.
1. I will eat fruit and veggies for one week and only fruit and veggies.
2. I will move for at least 30 min. every day
3. I will meditate so that I can really listen.
4. I will add yogurt and peanut butter for protein.
Ok everyone wish me luck . I will blog it each day for one week.
