A one week challenge to my soul.

Ok you keep telling me fruits and veggies. I tried it before but did not make it. I will take one week to see if you are telling me something or if it is my imagination.

1. I will eat fruit and veggies for one week and only fruit and veggies.
2. I will move for at least 30 min. every day
3. I will meditate so that I can really listen.
4. I will add yogurt and peanut butter for protein.

Ok everyone wish me luck . I will blog it each day for one week.

    I decided to skip bread for one day this AM....that is....until I ordered raisin toast with my veggie omelet... emoticon

    I have done the fruits and vegetables, just fruits and vegetables for up to three weeks. It's difficult for a couple of days, but gets easier, and after you do that for a while, you have more energy! You will feel great! Good luck!
