Thanks everyone for helping me see what my NSV for yesterday was. This morning I got up and had a good breakfast. I tried to fit in plenty of fruits and vegetables today. I walked with hubby after work and managed to have calories to spare so I was able to eat some hot air popcorn.
I was in kind of a bad mood today for some reason. I am hoping tomorrow is better.
NVS's for the day:
-I was STARVING after my workout and knew that I couldn't make it home. I was shaky and knew I needed something. I didn't have snack on hand so I stopped at McDonald's. Yes, I could have had something bad but instead I chose the Fruit N' Yogurt Parfait with 150 calories. It tided me over before I got home so I was able to eat dinner as normal.
-I walked 32 minutes today.
-I drank 9 glasses of water and was able to fit in a lot of vegetables that were full of water (asparagus, broccoli).
-I only ate one serving of hot air popcorn for my nighttime snack instead of popping more which I have done in the past many times.
