Supreme 90 Day 21 - Legs and an AM run

What a day. I did a great run with speedplay this morning. 4+ miles.

Leg workout. I don't feel comfortable with lunges still after all these years. I can use 5 pound weights - not super challenging but not falling over is more important to be.

Looking add tomorrow is a totally new DVD workout. Total Body look for it tomorrow coming to a TV near you.

    I'm glad I am not the only one who has trouble with lunges. Yes its the falling over and losing my balance that makes it hard. Sometimes I hold onto something, like lightly on a wall and it helps. It makes me be able to do the movement. Guess it is cheating but it gives me the right range of motion and I feel it helps me do it better...safer.

    I can't believe you could run 4 miles AND do Legs. You are amazing. I am tired just thinking about it and feel pretty wimpy that I only did 30 minutes of circuit training. I want to do S90 again but know I need to get stronger before I do.

You continue to be my inspiration Mary! Great job today and you deserve some rest this evening! emoticon
