Round 2, Day 8

Round 2 = another 15 days of at least 10 minutes of exercise per day

~ Day 1: 27 minute walk / 5 minutes stretching / 30 minutes spading, planting flowers
~ Day 2: 30 minutes strength training
~ Day 3: 33 minutes Zumba
~ Day 4: 20 minutes strength training / 5 minutes stretching / 30 minutes hoeing-mulching
~ Day 5: 10 minute walk on break at work / 20 minutes hoeing garden
~ Day 6: 24 minute walk
~ Day 7: Goal not met - it's a long story and full of excuses - I won't go there
~ Day 8: 10 minutes strength training

When you feel like quitting (which I do), think about why you started.

I'm pondering about why I started. I need to get out that list and review it again to keep it fresh.

    you are being very dedicated to this and a day off is not the end of the world. Give yourself credit for what you DID do and move on.

    I agree! Taking a day off once a week is OK! But I also understand that if I don't do it every day, I might use that as an excuse to not do it the next day, and the next... Keep going! You're doing fine!!!

    Day 7 = Day of Rest. That's not an excuse. If God rested, how much more so should we??

Give yourself a break. It's not a suggestion; it's a direct order from your Commanding Officer. Father knows best!

And by the way, you're still doing awesome!
