Hello my friends. This morning, after returning from vacation, I weighed myself and logged it. It wasn't pretty but it is what it is.
It is a starting point, as is this blog.
I'm unhappy with my physical self. So today, I am going to log my food, drink plenty of water, eat all my meals at home and I'm going to do a 10 minute work out video. These are Things I can do today. So I will.
Here I go.
