The "Bullet" has officially been bit

Monday, June 09, 2014

One thing I learned through the plateau busting program is even though I have been changing up my exercise routine but I also needed to increase the intensity level to help with busting the plateau.

What I did to help with the plateau busting was join a gym and get help from a trainer to make sure I am using proper form when doing my exercises. I did find out that my squats were quite right and my planks were a little off on one side. The trainer showed me how to make the adjustments. I hope through the training to learn how and when to increase my intensity level.

By joining the gym, I'm being shown exercises I can do at home in case time is tight to go to the gym. (Of course, I'm already in a daily routine at home - that is a piece of cake). Plus, I now have access to equipment that I don't have at home like the elliptical machine and recumbent bike (which I liked before when I was a member of a gym a few years ago).

I'm looking forward to a different and exciting way of exercising!
