The fitness goal yesterday was to bike 4+ hours. Unfortunately, the weather just didn't cooperate and I had to settle on close to 3.5 hours. Still, that's not bad for a beat up old man. Went to a graduation party and was really proud of myself. In the past, I would enter the home and head straight for the chow and communicate from there. Yesterday I walked around and chatted with folks first and almost didn't even eat. Life is getting better and better. HOOAAA!!
