One week done in June and I'm feeling awesome! I've got even a better handle on the pop I drink. Almost every day (I think I had an extra once), I've only had one. I've been drinking a lot more water and I can tell the difference. I did okay with eating out. I did have McDonald's for breakfast twice, which I shouldn't have done. Plus Chiptole once....I feel okay about the Chipotle though. I had a bowl and split it up over two meals.
My downfall has been finding stress relievers. I think I really need to start journaling again. I know it helps me to relax and to get the weight off my shoulders. My hesitation in doing this is my unfortunate roommate. I know he's read my journal before and gotten angry about what I've written. Since now my biggest stress is him, do I need to add the worry of him reading it? I've also been working 10-12 hours a week without a lunch break, but that actually hasn't been as stressful as home. Probably not a good thing.... I'll work on it more!
