BLC 25 Fitness Test

I did the test in two parts, I was in hospital for the first one so there is no comparison chart.
Crunches: 21 (1 minute)
Wall-push-ups: 31 ( 1 minute)
3 minute step-ups pulse: 120 (could hardly breathe!)
Walk 19 min

Not great, hoping for improvement on the final leg of this challenge!

    Those numbers are good, though I wish you didn't have trouble breathing. emoticon I bet you will see improvement. You put so much effort into everything. emoticon
