I have decided to write a review of my weeks for a little while to see if I can get anymore progress going. In a nutshell I am running, finishing month 3 of X3-the strength workouts, horse rideing and throwing in T25 and random other cardio like combat and turbofire in there. And I'm doing 10 minutes of abs every other day...
This week I did pretty good...here were my workouts:
Sunday- nice long run
Monday- speed 1.0 in the morning..woop woop and horse ride after work
Tuesday- walk/run; The Challenge and abs
Wednesday- off..had a horrible migrain so took a pill and went to bed at 9pm
Thursday- walk/run and 20 min of total syn (then hubs called and said we were going to a movie that started in about 20 minutes so I had to shower fast!)
Friday- horse ride
Saturday- Combat 45
The thing I need to work on is nutrition and not even my meals...it's the smarties, the skittles, the cookie at lunch and the doughnut on break...it's horrible! And I'm usually not a sweet person but this week I was. I take the blame but I know the cause was the stress at work. I hate my job and I can't stand the managers so it just makes for a not nice 40 hour week when I'm there. Always looking for a new job...on my list of goals.
Some of you know I was pregnant...I found out in April then started having complications and actually a month ago today we found out we lost it and I had to have a d&c. So that pretty much made May suck exercise wise. But with June it was a new fresh month and I'm trying the best I can to not let the baby thing bother me and I'm doing pretty well. I think I'm over it but whatever is going on inside me...my hormones are crazy! Sometimes I feel like freaking Sybil.
So things to work on for next week are less sweets and more morning workouts. BUT I am also going to list a couple things I did well this week...I drank my shakeology, did 2 strength workouts, did 3 ab workouts, had decent lunches at work and cooked dinner almost every night. I have been doing a cleanse to clean out my system. I actually started it before I was pregnant hoping to get my nasty birth control hormones out of my system! But since I quit the BC I stopped gaining weight which I'm extremely happy about. Anyways...I've been doing really well with that because it involves 12 supplements a day and drinking chlorophyll. But I think it's working because my waist is getting smaller. And I got it from an all natural herb and vitamin shop.
