I was so bummed I didn't hit my goal of 1,000 fitness minutes in May. There were some minutes I didn't track, so I know I was close! It didn't help that the last two days of May I was out of the state with NO ability to exercise. (I was staying with a friend and while I got up early enough to get in a walk, I had no idea how to turn off her security system. That was my only real chance as getting any exercise in, unfortunately.)
SO this month I'm upping the ante. 1,000 minutes and I get to splurge and buy some new undergarments. That is, I don't have to get the basic "it'll do;" I can upgrade a bit. 1,500 minutes and I can get two. I'm also challenging myself to do strength training at least three times a week. I'm also running a 5K, so I've got that challenge in there, too.
I figure as soon as I hit the 1,000 mark, I'll go shopping, so I expect to hit it before the end of the month! :)
