I'm home from vacation now and laundry is done. The end of the week didn't go as well as the beginning of the week, but I still feel like I was successful. I only gained 1.5 pounds while I was away from home and it could have been so much worse. Now it's time to get determined and make some major progress with this weight loss. Here's a summary of the past week while I was away from home for 7 days:
Staying within Calorie range - 3 days
Kept Sodium below 2300 - 4 days
Ate 5 fruits & Veggies - 4 days
Drank 8 glasses of water - 3 days
Exercised - 4 days
3,333 Steps - 4 days
Logged into SP - 7 days
8 hours of sleep - 2 days (didn't track it 3 days)
31 out of 56 or 55%
Not perfect, but much more successful than the last two trips away from home. I now know that I can do well while on vacation with good results ... so I can try even harder next time I'm away from home.
My daughter and I are keeping track of our goals on a calendar. Next week will be better.
