Document at least one healthy choice each day. Our healthy habits are based on these choices adding up.
Instead of my normal breakfast I opted to oatmeal with reduced amounts of sugar. And I wore my workout clothes for breakfast.
You can't go exercise if you don't even know where your exercise clothes are. Fact.
I can't figure out why SP is rotating my pictures incorrectly (or at all, why?)
