I did my exercise, slept well, ate pretty well, drank a lot of liquids because its danged hot here.

Still need 1200 steps to get to 70,000 but I'll hop the treadmill in a few minutes and reach the goal steps lol. I only took Tuesday as a rest day this last week so I got in 6 days of exercise and I feel good about that. In this heat it may be better to do an hour walk every day and do other forms of exercise to supplement and I'll still get to 70K.

Its going to be hotter than sin the next few days, we're looking at 107F more than likely. I may take tomorrow as a rest day but we'll see how I feel about that tomorrow.

Nothing interesting to report tonight. I need to do a load of laundry tomorrow and do Paolo's load as well. Trust me when I say you don't want him doing laundry, he just is clueless completely. In exchange he gets to clean the bathroom and mop. Plus he does the cars and heavy lifting so he's not lazy. I would not marry a lazy fella. My ex was lazy and I promised myself no more lazy men to deal with.
