This last week was pretty good - I lost 1.5 pounds on weigh in Wednesday, had 6am Birthday breakfast at McDonald's Saturday for my dad's 77th - but only had a fruit & yogurt parfait. Then I worked out for 2.5 hours - Turbo Kick class, 47 minutes on elliptical & 10 miles biking. (I was behind on my goal for calories burned for the week) Can you tell I knew I had a rough day ahead - 3 graduation parties. I passed on the desserts at all of them and luckily they all had fruit or veggies I could munch on, so I stayed under 1550 for the day and burned 4000+ calories for the week. Let's hope weigh in tomorrow is 2 pounds or more!
