I'm really struggling to focus lately. I haven't made progress losing weight and each weigh in just throws me off. I'm seriously thinking about not participating in any challenges once BLC25 is over. Are there any teams that have organized challenges that don't require weigh ins?
I have felt like I need to stop the weekly (and daily) weigh ins and try monthly weigh ins instead. Anyone else have better success when they stop obsessing over the scale?
My long term goal is to stop obsessing about weight loss altogether, or at least get to a point where I don't FEEL like I'm obsessing. How can one thing that consumes so much of my time be healthy? Am I alone in feeling like I'm missing out on life because this thing needs to get done first? I need to get off this crazy train and figure out how to strike a balance.
