Well, the first part of May I was stuck with the scale not moving. Then things got chaotic and we finally moved but I still somehow managed to lose...only a little bit... the last two weeks of May without working out and not eating the greatest. So, I can only imagine how much more I could've lost if I stayed on track. I also started having trouble sleeping so my schedule has been completely off wack and there's many days where I am completely exhausted and then sleep till the very last minute and then of course eat like crap.
We finally moved into our house on May 14!!
I bought this dress a month ago and the side zipper wouldn't zip but I decided to buy it anyway. I was determined to get it to zip it! A month later I tried it on and I got it to zip!!
And here's the kicker... on June 5, I found out I was 7 weeks pregnant!!!! My due date is Jan 22, 2015. If we are friends on Facebook, PLEASE!!!!! DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ON THERE ABOUT IT!!!! Thank you. I've been very sick to my stomach so I try to eat smaller meals. And I'm thinking the trouble sleeping has something to do with being pregnant because I never had this problem.
So here's my plan for June:
- Use SparkApp to count calories
- Look up fitness routines for the first trimester
- Eat more fruits/veggies!!!!
- Start going on evening walks :]
