Document at least one healthy thing each day.
Remember horses?! ;) lol. This is a scene I saw today that represents the earlier thoughts about my old "reasons to stay fit" blogs. I had a list that was easily 100 items long, but was lost when my laptop died. Horse-riding was on it.
The last time I rode a horse I was a kid. I've fallen off of a horse twice. Yet, there's something about it. I think I want to ride one. I can't, in good conscious, ride a horse while I'm at this weight. If you do the math and figure out what % of their own body weight they'd be carrying, it's just not right.
But thinking of those reasons is part of the retraining and focusing my brain on my goals.
