So I'm up to 200 pounds now. Well, 199 since I lost a pound. I was feeling bad about the only 1 pound after getting up early to walk every day for 3 days in a row. Then I remembered that it was only 3 days and I lost a pound! And my plan was to lose a pound a week, so I'm right on schedule.
