Stressed out

Everything in my life looks like its going work its the last week of school preparing to close down and doing stuff for the opeing of next year opening..inventory ordering and preparing paperwork.. at home I thought it was going to be easier boy I was wrong the boys are at home its thier vacation school is out, have my husband recouperating from operation and last night father in law at hospital with a flu... I am trying for all this situations to not get the best of me .. I had a all day bing yesterday and pick up the soda pop again to get me thru the day...
Today I woke up on a better note I am not drinking sodas today.. I started with a healthy breakfast and so far waslking every hour for 10 mins. so far I did 3 WOO!!!!! HOOOO!!!! now I am making a list of all the things I want to do before I start to work again such as clean and organinize the whole house windows and all now do not get me wrong will not do it on one session I have 2 months to do it all.. gonna start with the kitchen ...
I am looking into exercises to do for I want to change every ow and then I get bored of the same routine... I made a folder like so I just look thru the copies I made and do them... Need to get my stress down that is my focus now...

    I love that you are walking and changing up your exercise so you are consistent is a great idea finding things you like and look forward to is a great start. could you try drinking flavored seltzer water instead of soda less calories and no sugar. try to breathe and relax as much as possible and see if you can get everyone to pitch in.

    Today is a new day. It's hard for me t eat right when I'm stressed, so I know how that feels. The walking every hour is a great idea. I find that exercise helps with stress relief. Don't forget to take some time for yourself to relax. You can do to!
