Trying to get my routine in

Friday, June 06, 2014

I have upped my walking emoticon and jogging emoticon but not nearly what I was doing last year emoticon

I am so very busy with work emoticon that my head is spinning. I really enjoy what I am doing but this is not my career, just a step in that direction. There is a lot of driving! emoticon which I am not fond of...especially when I have to go to emoticon airports and emoticon hospitals for my clients. I hate the Illinois Toll System. And the parking fees! Next week, I have to take a client to the airport and another to a hospital in Chicago. Sigh... emoticon

Anyway, my 9 month old, very energetic puppy emoticon barks at me in the mornings to go for walks. This is actually getting me outside walking or jogging before work! Yay for my puppy!!! emoticon

Two weeks ago I was losing...then it stopped and I gained a little. My Aunt Flo came for a 3 day visit and now she left and I am feeling great! The weight gain is nearly gone with 1 more pound to go until I weighed what I did two weeks ago! I am hoping to record a weight loss within 4 days from now!

Hoping to make this goal...speaking of goals...yesterday, I broke my record by jogging faster than my previous record! I am now at 12.30 minutes per mile! I was amazed that I actually did 2 miles at that pace! But I did walk in between so I must have been sprinting some...I had my energetic puppy pulling me along and some really good tunes! emoticon

That's great that the puppy is getting you to step outside before work. I know how busy one can be, especially with all the crazy schedule in a day. But I"m glad the puppy has you moving. Congrats on the weight loss and jogging. I know you could do it, you are a strong person and you have shown me in sp that you can achieve anything. I'm glad you are my motivator. I look up to you and always enjoy your blogs. Thank you for the inspiration.
