Beginning Is Half Done

When it comes to exercise, just beginning gets you halfway there. Once you get started, you are well on your way. I have found that establishing small fitness goals such as just 10 minutes a day and starting everyday helps to get your fitnesd program going. You can then build on it from there. Isn't this what SparkGuy says?
