I now have 115 days until I leave on my cruise ... haven't made any progress since my last blog about the now I have come up with a new plan....

My Daily Goals:

1. Track ALL food & exercise --this is the ghost in my closet...
2. Stay in range .....
3. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies -at least 3 HAVE to be veggies
5. High protein breakfast
6. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes
7. Blog Daily

Today has been the worst day of eating for me in a long time-
emoticon it right under the rug and starting fresh .....

    Im struggling too, with everything, I feel as though I hit a wall, but like you a made up a new plan and am feeling a bit better and back on track! Start fresh, new day, new us!

If your cruise stops in Saint John New Brunswick come say Hi to me at the Carelton Martello Tower!!
