End is in sight...

Thursday, June 05, 2014

Getting ready to leave for school. I have only two classes left, a few smattering of tiny papers (reflections, mostly), and a little 20 question test between myself and the end.

Today, we are also taking our HESI predictor test, which is a comprehensive exam that will predict with 97% accuracy (give or take) whether or not we will pass our state exam. As I'm behind on my modules, I'm not overly optimistic about this, but whatever. There's still a lot of study time between now and when the real test occurs. The test is also up to five hours long, after a full day of classes.

It went much better than anticipated. I seem to have a really awful attention span most times, and had to leave twice to take a break (they allow this during tests this long). I ended up passing, which surprised the heck out of me, but hey! It is supposed to be a 95% accurate prediction as to whether or not I would pass if I took the test today, so I can only get better!

Wow, that sounds rather heavy, the end, and the predictor test. Good luck today!
