Yes I procrastinate about a number of things like making phone calls, answering email, exercise (of course!) etc. All-nighters to complete university essays were common - back in the day. I guess I felt I worked better under pressure.
As a teacher, I definitely learned to plan ahead for at least a few days at a time but I could easily put off marking at times.
Now I procrastinate about exercise - frequently. I can so easily get distracted by other things. Today was a prime example. This morning I checked some of the Spark exercise videos that I had marked as favourites about a year and a half ago and decided on a strength training video (I'm trying to alternate walking days with ST). I was going to work through the exercises after I had something to eat but I kept putting it off.
Long story short - I never did do the video BUT I did do some of my regular strength training exercises - after supper! The good news is I did get about 20 minutes of exercise in anyway but not what I had planned to do.
