Goal #1 - Reach 229 or lower by month end. This is the weight I was when we conceived our son in 2010. - Reach 228.4
Goal #2 - Complete 500+ minutes of fitness during the month. Reached 997 minutes
Goal #3 - Drink 8+ glasses of water every day Reached
Goals #1 - Reach 224 or lower - small goal this month as we have several birthday's - picnics and our anniversary this month
Goal #2 - Reach 1,000 fitness minutes - this is going to be hard as I've been rather unmotivated lately.
Goal #3 - Continue drinking 8+ glasses of water each day - I've currently got a 44 days streak going
Goal #4 - Try a 30 day ab challenge
