Until I looked at the whey protein powder I used and the vitamin D that I took and realized that both contained soy. Yesterday, before I chewed my calcium chews, I stopped to look at the ingredients. Good gravy! Can't use those for now.
And the spray for cooking-soy! It's everywhere.
So back to the store today to get alternatives. Cooking a couple of dishes for a covered dish get together tonight. Will have to have something I can eat, right!!!! Have already started a brocholi salad which of course I can't eat. Still, it's a favorite so I will take it for the rest of the crowd.
Made my first mayo in a small food processor. Took about a minute!
