18.12 Challenge - Training week #4

Wow, has four weeks passed already? The race will be here before I know it! It is true what they told me as a youngster, the older you get the faster times goes. Yikes!

The week went pretty good all in all:
Run #1 - 3 miles
Run #2 - 5 miles (Rainy run again)
Run #3 - 3 miles
Run #4 - 10 miles LSR (Beautiful morning run)

I feel pretty decent during the run but really wish I had a better handle on my breathing. Some days it takes a lot of effort to get my lungs and my legs to get along and not fight.

After seeing the 91 year old female finish the San Diego Marathon, I'm thinking maybe I can do that! A marathon would be quite a stretch for this gal, but it may be possible, eh? I need to think about it some more.

    You can do a marathon, if that is what you choose!

10 Miles this week. That is emoticon . How did it feel? Did you take it really slow? I would think that the asthma would be less of a problem if your pace were slow, is this so?
