Just a quick note!

Wednesday, June 04, 2014

I'm swamped with work tonight so not much time to chat!

My parents are going to drive over to Los Angeles in the early evening tomorrow with my brother for his consultation with the Doctors at USC on Thursday. I think all possible questions have been written down. I'm keeping it positive in terms of thoughts until we know different.

It was a scorcher today and my leg was bothering me so I gave it a rest from my power walking but I did exercise and the leg is fine. It just feels like a major crank going on. I think a day rest will give it what it needs to behave.

Food was okay today but the liquids and sleep were good so most of the self care was great today.

Happy Wednesday~

Good luck on the brother issue.

Do you do Tai Chi or Qui Gong or any of what I call "healing" modalities? Yoga is wonderful of course too.
