I got an app for those 30 day challenges - working on the abs - boy do they need working!! I just completed day three and I can really feel the muscles getting a work out. Looking forward to tomorrow's rest day, that's for sure.
Yes, the planks have really helped my back. I was worried that I was going to have problems, but now I know that I just haven't been working the stomach and back muscles like I should. Walking is wonderful, but strength stuff is necessary.
