Working those abs!

I got an app for those 30 day challenges - working on the abs - boy do they need working!! I just completed day three and I can really feel the muscles getting a work out. Looking forward to tomorrow's rest day, that's for sure.

Yes, the planks have really helped my back. I was worried that I was going to have problems, but now I know that I just haven't been working the stomach and back muscles like I should. Walking is wonderful, but strength stuff is necessary.

Good to hear from you, Treyone - I've missed talking to everyone, too.

  Need to work on my abs, too!!! Hoping my move will go quickly the next week - have gotten a little off track with packing and cleaning!!!!
