Over the past two weeks I've done no tracking of exercise or of food intake. I've gained 6+ pounds during this time. My goal now is to loose the weight and get back into exercise over the next few weeks. I go off of my eating and exercise plan every time I take a vacation. I've never had a problem in the past loosing the weight and getting back into my exercise program. We'll see how it goes this time. I ate slightly healthier on this vacation than on previous vacations but ate a lot of food. Since my wife was wearing a boot we didn't walk or get near the amount of exercise we normally get on our vacations.Our son is coming home for a few days later this week so we'll likely eat out more often than usual. I may have to work at this weight loss thing more than I have in the past.
